[Token-all] march and april ebms

dear all,

thank you for those who answered the pool. since many of you did a closed
the poll. the far most chosen option is to have the march 2021 ebm on *11
march at 14:30*, i.e. the march ebm is postponed of a week.

thanks to andrés i noticed that also the april 2021 ebm was ona critical
day as in many european countries the holy thursday is holidays. so also
the april ebm is postponed of a week. it will be on *8th april 14:30*.

@Carlo Harpes <harpes at itrust.lu> : as you may have noticed the change of
dates of ebm overlaps partially with the token imt meeting. can we delay it
just after the ebm? if not please provide a new option.

all please note the changes in your calendars. i'm going anyway to update
the concerned calendar invitations.
