Dear all, Thanks all for attending last week's workshop. For the ones who missed it recordings are available here <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ix7uEssFLbRfl0XH7FAtdUX5bw27G_Em/view>. *Main conclusions and takeaways of the workshop* - *Clarify the customers *of the* TOKEN platform* (the ones who will be deciding and buying the services) and the *users* (the one who will be using the products) - *Clarify *what are *the products developed within TOKEN*. There's a *lot of products* being developed so it's important to understand *how they'll integrate to TOKEN platform* and *when they will be ready.* Next week's meeting should help with this. - *EBSI* may be one of the *DLT to adapt to*. TOKEN is considering that but prefers to stay *flexible to other standards as well*. - *High and specialized technical experts* are the *main barrier to develop* this kind of TOKEN solutions. In this regard I would suggest to read the following report form the OECD: The uncertain promise of blockchain for government <https://www.oecd-ilibrary.org/governance/the-uncertain-promise-of-blockchain-for-government_d031cd67-en> (recommend to check p.13 and 16) - We need to see benefits also from other perspectives such as legal, socio-economic not only functional perspectives: the ditributed governance model *Next step* The *second workshop* will consolidate what was done last week and open up on *buyer persona* *definition **(understand in deep who is the prime customer of a product)*. *The goal* is to discuss more in detail the *Value Proposition of each product **(we'll have a clear product roadmap by then)*, and understand who is the intended customer. - *Why:* Give a clear definition of the customers related to the relevant TOKEN product and support the marketing team in reaching those customers (target audience) - *Who:* everybody related to PUCs - *Availability: *doodle is here <https://doodle.com/poll/pisa5ithafhkeira?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link> - it would be at the end of september Thanks a lot and have a nice summer - but don't forget about the doodle.
