Dear Thibaud Thank you very much for the preparation. Given the EC Review, there are some important questions that arouse and would be key to take in account for the Value Proposition and should come clear and reflected on the Business Model Work of tomorrow . I mentioned a few to Stefano and was also in agreement to have this in the back of our minds for tomorrow: 1) *What is the Value Added as opposed to what EBSI is offering?* ( I know there is an amendment and we know this difference internally as Andres and Juanjo had voiced this) but it should be as crystal clear as possible since the Commission had expressed some doubts on this during the review saying :* Why if I am a Public Administration using EBSI , use what you have as TOKEN?= So to say what do you have as different from them? * In order to address the Value Added we have to make an effort to frame that into these categories that the Reviewers wanted us to flesh more clearly: 2) *What is TOKENS impact in the Legal,* ( Which regulation Gap are we adding value to?)* Socio-Economic *(Investment gaps addressing? /Cost and Benefits of DLTS/TOKEN) and *Cultural Challenges*( Which knowledge/Organizational and Workforce Gap are we addressing?) 3) Super important , we have to *bring in the Opinions/Knowledge generated from the a) PUCS , b) Policy Observatory * @Johannes Anttila <johannes.anttila at demoshelsinki.fi> *and c)Research on attitude towards DLTS *@Clifton, Judith Catherine <judith.clifton at unican.es> (UC) Due to the fact that it didint came so clear that these 2 pieces were being used to 'cross-fertilize' our way during the project. The reviewers wanted to see how TOKEN was using this info to 'shape' our PUCS. I would say it as well like this "* How are we using this findings to 'shape' the value added of TOKEN? ( Also thinking on the dimensions mentioned on #2)* @Thibaud Dubrule <thibaud.dubrule at fundingbox.com> Dear Thibaud: I understand that not all may be addressed tomorrow since we will have more workshops coming up on the BM, But we have to make the most of tomorrow's workshop to trickle down some of the findings of the project so far in the context of the last comments of the reviewers. We should come prepared.
