[Token-all] Workshop 1 in June - TOKEN BCPaaS Business Plan definition

Dear All,

As part of the work for Task 6.2 TOKEN BCPaaS Business Plan definition, led
by FBR, there will be a series of 3 workshops. The goal of which is to
define the business plan for the whole project and how to sustain it over
time. Each workshop will take approximately 1.5 hours. The first workshop
will be at the end of June. Please click here

is especially important that there is someone from each of the PUCs. The

*Workshop 1*: Value Proposition

Defining the overall value proposition for the TOKEN BCPaaS. What are the
pains and gains of the customer and how will the solution help them.

*Workshop 2*: The buyer persona

Define the personas of the potential customers i.e. the link between the
product and the customer.

Q4 2021

Define the final business model and create hypotheses to test with early
adopters.

At least one representative from each Partner
