Hi Judith It’s ok for us to lauch asap. The introduction text says four vignettes, but there are only two? No questions about characteristics of the respondent, just the vignettes? I mean it’s fine by us, just want to make sure. 😊 No further changes required. I have no idea what kind of response rate we can expect. A while back we had a similar survey on open data which did not get many response, but we did not push it much either. We’ll see. Stefano, Joris and UC Team As part of the activities of TOKEN, we must conduct a "vignette experiment" asking public servants about their views on technology. Indeed, we will capture three different KPIs required by the European Commission for Leuven in so doing. Until now, we were in touch with Tim, who I understand is on indefinite sick leave. I attach the text (in English) for the vignette, which is to be translated by Joris and his team - I understand from Joris that the translation will be ready at the beginning of December - so it would be ideal to start to prepare to "launch" the vignette at the beginning of December, and completing that in 10 days - well before the Christmas break. I wonder if you would please have a look at the text as soon as possible and let us know if you require any changes. Would it be possible also to either have a short call to confirm the launch of the vignette perhaps early next week? For your information, we completed the vignette in Santander and received over 120 responses - we would very much hope for a similar or larger response from Leuven, as the council is larger.
