[Token-all] PUC KPI Fimalization Meeting on 13 October

Dear PUC owners;


The KPI finalization meeting on 13 October will be organized in the following way: Each session with the individual PUC will last (maximum) one hour. According to the Doodle the sessions will be:


10-11:  PUC 1 - Laura
11-12: PUC 2 - CERTH & Savvas
12-13: PUC 3 - Joris
13-14: PUC 4 - Lynda


However, the sessions are "open" so all of you are welcome to join at any time. The link for the meeting is here: Wednesday, 13 October 10:00am – 2:00pm

The agenda for each session is the following:


  1.  Brief reminder on what actions are required to respond to the EC review (completion of KPIs to be written into the Evaluation Framework) - UC
  2.  The PUC (which has already written their KPIs on the Evaluation Framework) briefly goes through them and explain them if necessary (PUC 1, 2 3 and 4 respectively at the given time above)
  3.  Conclusion: Any questions from UC or the PUC owners.
