Uzbekistan (15 NOV 9.00-11.00)

Dear TOKEN colleagues,

[Feedback/input/participation needed from all PUCs and coordinator - action

As announced in yesterday's TOKEN Business Model meeting, Infrachain will
welcome in Luxembourg on 15th November 9.00-11.00 an official high-level
delegation from Uzbekistan (led by the Deputy Minister of Justice) with a
view to present the TOKEN project. The purpose of their visit is to learn
more on Digital Transformation projects in the implementation of blockchain
technology to the public service delivery in EU countries. The Uzbek
delegation will be comprised of 11 members representing Public Services
Agency (4 people), Ministry of Justice (2), Ministry for Development of
Information Technologies and Communications (1), Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(1), State Cadaster Agency (1) and UNDP Uzbekistan (3).

The visit is part of a Joint project of the Public Services Agency under the
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, United Nations
Development Programme in Uzbekistan "Improved public service delivery and
enhanced governance in rural Uzbekistan" financed by European Union:

Action items:

To properly organise the meeting, could you let me know by next week
Thursday 28 October:

- PUCs:

o Please confirm participation and provide name of speaker

- Stefano: I noted yesterday that you will participate. I sent you
a calendar invite. Let me know, if s.o. else or s.o. in addition will
represent the coordinator

- Angeles: please add the meeting in the list of dissemination
events and let me know if you need some other information

- All:

o Feedback/suggestions on agenda are welcome

o If people from other partners would like to join, you are of course
welcome - just send me the e-mails I should include in the invitation.

I believe this is a unique opportunity to promote our project and hopefully
even find an early adopter.

Best regards,

Tom
