For the attention of all the TOKEN team, especially, the four PUC owners: (Action Required!):


We are sending you the Assessment Framework and Evaluation Framework following the Review by the European Commission. Both can be accessed by clicking on the links:

There is a short text underneath both frameworks explaining the logic of each.


Action Required by the PUC owners:


  1.  Please provide any general feedback or ask for clarification if in doubt by 13 September - please add feedback using the links or alternatively send Judith Clifton an email.
  2.  Preparation of KPIs - from 13 September, finalized by 13 October.  As you know, we are required to identify KPIs to evaluate the progress of the four PUCs. When these can be common for all four PUCs that is ideal. So, if one PUC suggests a KPI and your PUC agrees, please note this on the document. If you feel your PUC needs a KPI to be tailored, please suggest the KPI you prefer. Carlo has already introduced some suggestions for KPIs in the LEGAL dimension. If you agree with them, please say so in a comment (or if you do not, put your own tailored KPI). KPIs are required for all four dimensions (TECHNOLOGICAL, SOCIO-ECONOMIC, ORGANIZATIONAL-CULTURAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL (LEGAL-POLITICAL)
  3.  We will send you a link to the meeting on 13 October where each PUC confirms the KPIs it intends to use.
