[Token-all] URGENT: rehearsal date for the project check

dear all,

here is a doodle (https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/e0RXQPKb)
through which select the most appropriate slot for project check rehearsal.
please provide your preference by tomorrow eob at the very most.
since i did not receive any confirmation from the po to my previous email,
i communicated to him that we consider 26th april as not feasible day for
the project check (besides everything this day is the second day of
orthodox easter, so its holidays in greece!).

agenda for the project check shall be something like:
project overall status - stefano - 40 minutes
wp1 - lynda - 30 minutes
wp3 - kostas - 30 minutes
wp4 - judith - 30 minutes
wp5 - angeles - 30 minutes
wp6 - adnan - 30 minutes

so, presentations shall last half of the slot duration as to allow
questions from po and monitors.

besides, here is the link for the revised project interim progress report:

as you can see i simplified it very much as this report shall provide only
overal achievements and main outcomes in the period.

please note that while the report covers the period: 1/1/2021-31/12/2021
the project check shall describe what was achieved till the day of the
project check meeting itself.
