[Token-all] URGENT -> project check

dear all,

our po answered and is proposing 4 options for the project check: 3rd, 5th,
12th, and 13th of may.
the doodle for the rehearsal is now closed with the most voted option is
4th may 14:00-17:00 which is now fixed.

in principle we could have the project check on 5th, but i see no
contribution so far to the interim progress report (

so to avoid us to be in trouble as we have to send the deliverable in good
time before the review, max i'd say 6th may, i suggested our po 12th and
13th with 5th as plan b.

let's see what he will answer.

so please free your agendas for 4th (rehearsal), 5th (ebm at 14:30 as
usual) and 12th and 13th (possible project check meeting)..

please provide your contribution for the ipr-y2 by 29th eob with no delay!
