This message aims to help you prepare for our session on KPIs in Berlin (19 December). Each of the PUCs in particular are kindly asked to present the results of their KPIs on this day. You can edit these should you wish to before the Berlin meeting. Please note that, if you alter the KPIs, you may also need to alter the analysis of "your" PUC, which is included underneath the table.


The structure of the meeting in Berlin is the following:

  1.  Judith introduces the Evaluation Questions - and the KPIs in general

  2.  PUC#1 explains KPI results

  3.  PUC#2 explains KPI results

  4.  PUC#3 explains KPI results

  5.  PUC#4 explains KPI results

  6.  Discussion and comparison across the KPI results - where is good practice? What could be improved? What did not go to plan?
