[Token-all] FIWARE Summit & Token

Dear all

We decided today in our call to have the Token observatory meeting on
Wednesday from 11:30 to 13:30 as part of the FIWARE Summit Scientific
Track. This is a tentative date of course subject to be discussed during
the EB - Indeed I'd recommend starting at 3.00 pm but I need to check with
Stefano.

This means:
The 4th Observatory meeting is about *SCALING* - Independent policy
observator, spring 2022
*PUC Stream:* To assess development of PUCs and support implementation and
scaling of PUCs.--
*Societa Stream*: To co-design policy recommendations to spread learnings
from PUCs and achieve the societal vision

Therefore, we count with the PUCs at the Summit and in the next EoB we will
need final confirmation because maybe some of the PUCs can be part of the
conference agenda. I would love to have individual sessions presenting the
PUCs after the lunch break.

Demos will start working on the content and description of the session.
