[Token-all] Token + EBSI Compliant wallet (walt.id)

Dear All,

As I mentioned in the last EB meeting, we just had a meeting with a company
called Walt.id who provide an EBSI compliant wallet.
They are very interested in what we are doing in the Token project and we
have agreed that we will promote their EBSI wallet as an SSI solution along
with the Token platform.
In the future we will explore the development of a Token branded wallet
using their open source technology and possibly provide this as an
additional service.
This will be a great addition to the Token Platform story and its
sustainability.

For now, we will update the Token Platform website with the Walt.id wallet
and will promote if any Demos are requested.
Additionally it may be a good idea to invite walt.id to any events we have
in the upcoming months.
