dear all,

after the project check ... as usual there is a loot of new work.

anyhow, first of all, let me congratulate you all for the great workshop of
earlier today which in the end is "just" the result of a great year of work
all together as a team. i really think, and not just to please anybody,
that our project is well on track and an enabler for an even greater
impact: this shall be our target for the next months!

as a first work item, regarding the innovation radar in light of the review
of today i think  we shall improve the description of the 9 items. as such,
although it seems the ec systems will not publish it, and this looks very
strange to me and will tell to our po, the descriptions we provided are a
bit crispy and understandable only by ourselves. i suggest that each
description shall use as much as possible all the 500 characters allowed
(spaces included) and shall have the following content: 1)  problem the
innovation solves,  2) what it does, and 3) target group (e.g. developers
of solutions).

i'd like to have this work done by this wednesday so as at the ebm we can
approve it and send it to our po.
