As Angeles already mentioned the best and nearest option would be Select
Hotel Novum Style in Franklinstraße 23 - they are not able to block rooms
in advance.
We have a special arrangement with Select Hotel Novum Style
<https://www.novum-hotels.com/hotel-berlin-centrum-berlin>, by using the
booking code : "fiware" visitors get a 14% discount, please see screenshot
below :

An additional hotel option would be The Niu Flash
<https://the.niu.de/hotels/deutschland/berlin/the-niu-flash>,
Franklinstraße 25, which belongs to the same company as Novum Style and
recently opened.
We don't have a special agreement with them though.
