[Token-all] Next steps D4.3

Dear Token members,

Based on the discussion during the EBM in Gran Canaria, we UC would like to
propose the next steps that will lead us to the finalisation of D4.3.

Since PUC3 has nearly completed its part and will not do a second round of
piloting we suggest we all use this as a model for PUCs1, 2 and 4.

In addition, given PUC3 will not do a second iteration, and the fact that
the other PUCs are still working, we suggest we revert to the original
proposal and have *one single set of KPI values* and not two.



Just as a reminder, here is the shared document where KPIs are being
filled: D4.3-Working Progress.docx - Documentos de Google

In this regard we propose reporting of the single set of KPI values to
respect the following deadlines:

-Before 30th September: the very advanced *PUC3** fills the KPIs left* and
UC shares it as the example to be followed by other PUCs.

-15th October:  one half of *KPIs are fully reported  PUC1, PUC2 and
PUC4* (from
then on UC will start making comments).

-31st October: *all KPIS are fully reported by all the PUCs* (throughout
October, any doubt from the PUCs can be sent by email to Diego. If
necessary, interviews with the PUCs will be conducted).

-30th November: first version of D4.3 by UC.

-31st December: final version of D4.3.



Given all the work left to do these months by Working Packages and PUCs, we
think this solution provides insightful results in an efficient way. Please
let us know if you have any doubts.
