here is the replay from the po.

as he asked we not only have to improve the progress report tackling this
issues, but also taking them into account in our presentations at the
review.
so even more section 2.5 of the ppr becomes crucial. besides i suggest:
kostas (wp3), judith (wp4), adnan (wp6) to put a text at the beginning of
the wp section highlighting the recommendation and they way it has been
addressed.

please do this as your top priority as always using suggestion mode.

Can you please send me one on a separate doc with the titles of the WPs?



Also ok with the draft submission of reports.



Only comment is that I would appreciate if you’d address how the consortium
reacted to the recommendations from the monitors. This can be done either
separately or embedded in the relevant WPs.

I refer to the latest recommendations after the check of last year, copied
here below for your convenience.

In order to fully demonstrate the expected impact of the Project, in the
Second Period the Team will have to tackle significant challenges, such as:

·      completing the Pilots and prove their benefits in the operational
context;

·      finding potential users and adopters, and offering them a
multidisciplinary support, that cannot be just technical

·      consider wider social and legal aspects related to the adoption the
TOKEN service, which is also the core mission of the Call: they include
crucial issues, such as the problem of social inclusion, the safe
management and confidentiality of the private keys for SSI, but also the
possible aspects related the new kind of business generated from data
valorization, etc.

actually it is rather traditional, but it is also true the the various wps
address the project by topics.



i also made a first submission of the final reporting documents through the
system. as you'll notice some financial statements are still missing. i
did this way as the system does not allow to submit the progress report
alone without the financial statements.

this way, i assume you at certain point can reject this first submission to
allow the missing financial statements to be properly issued.



please let me know if both aspects (agenda and progress report) are fine.
