[Token-ga] Consortium Agrement version 20200204

Dear Stefano,

 

Responding to your following e-mail, 

on behalf of the Municipality of Katerini, we inform you:

1.       the Municipality of Katerini doesn’t possess and won’t provide any knowledge background. In either case we all ought to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) through any process relevant to budget and expenses data of the Municipality of Katerini.

2.       in section 8.2 ("joint ownership") we choose the option 1, namely:

“Option 1

             Unless otherwise agreed:

−        each of the joint owners shall be entitled to use their jointly owned Results for non-commercial research activities on a royalty-free basis, and without requiring the prior consent of the other joint owner(s), and

−        each of the joint owners shall be entitled to otherwise Exploit the jointly owned Results and to grant non-exclusive licenses to third parties (without any right to sub-license), if the other joint owners are given:

        (a) at least 45 calendar days advance notice; and

        (b) Fair and Reasonable compensation.”

please find attached the ca in two formats: with revisions and clean for your convenience.

 

now i need from all (but demos, ff, and uc):

 

1. your statement in section "attachment 1: background included",

 

2. a clear selection on the two options of section 8.2 ("joint ownership"). i have to say here that only three partners have expressed their preference here (demos, imec, and uc) and unfortunately two selections (imec and uc) are incompatible. i hope this can be reasonably fixed in the shortest time.
