The steps required for the impact assessment are the following, below. Would you mind cutting and pasting into the document as I am unsure where to put them. Many thanks



Discuss with the UC team and take the final decision on the exact vignette studies that will be implemented at the specific PUC.


Translate if necessary the vignette text from English to the local language.


Gain permission from any relevant authorities to authorise the implementation of the vignette study.


Nominate someone at the PUC responsible to oversee the success of the vignette. This person will coordinate with UC to:


- Present the vignette as part of the EU H2020 research project TOKEN, explaining the PUC is a key partner, and stress that participation in the vignette is essential for its success (including a hyperlink to the project)


- Plan, together with UC, the strategy to encourage a good response rate (reminders, official political or internal commitment)


- Organise distribution of the vignette to the target respondents or allow UC to distribute the vignette study to the respondents.


- Allow UC to collect responses directly (this is done when the survey is answered)


As an outcome of this work, collaboration will be shown through joint co-authorship of the TOKEN deliverable and any resulting conference presentation or publication.

PUC 3 has started to work in the document, I hope we can inspire each other by adding our text in the document.



Two specific questions:

·         @Clifton, Judith Catherine<mailto:judith.clifton at unican.es>: There is a section on the impact assessment, however still a bit unclear which actions the PUC owner can take (so we can describe them in the document). If not relevant in this document we can delete this section in the document.

·         @sterzi at iti.gr<mailto:sterzi at iti.gr> We could use a sparring partner to define good metrics/KPI’s for the monitoring plan, do you think you could help us? Anybody else?
