[Token-wp2] Token: Implementation Plan (D2.4) submission

dear joris,

i was reviewing the document, and resolving some comments, and then i
realised that instead all of them require your attention as the document,
unless you want just to delete all of them, would be greatly improved
addressing the various comments.

actually i made a mess while reviewing it, so this version (

where i reviewed the comments cannot be rolled-back, while the one with all

tell me what you want i do:
1. you can clean all the comments and accept all the updates and submit
this document, or
2. address all comments and updates, or
3. submit as point 1 above and end of this month at the very most submit
and update of the document.

honestly i think all the points raised by those who reviewed the
document are very valuable and require your attention and that of the wp2
team.
