*Dear Sofia , dear TOKENers' of WP3:*

Greetings again from Berlin,currently with 4 degrees and unfortunately no
sun ☀out today ! I hope you are  having a luckier view!

You should have already received an email on Wednesday on D8.4. to indicate*
who *will be your DPO.🙍 Please do so latest by Feb 21st 2020. *  This
email is about **D8.5(D36) Relevance of Data Collected, meaning*
*how all of the data that the partners intend to process is relevant and
limited to the purposes of the use cases as elements of TOKEN   (in
accordance with the ‘data minimisation ‘principle). *
There was also another email on D8.7(D38) anonymisation yesterday where I
will make some precision in the next email.

*Sofia: *  We  count on your support to get the information from the *partners
involved in the use cases.* And of course we count on the partners to be
responsive on this matter :D!✌

According to our last meeting we need to have *final drafts by March 15th
2020. *
So *we kindly request to have a first round of answers from the
institutions involved on the use cases on this online document D8.5
