[Token-wp4] Task 4.2 meeting Santander

I am writing you to inform that next Monday (23th November), at 11h, we are organizing a meeting in order to discuss the next steps for implement the Impact assessment (Task 4.2) in the case of Santander.

I share also two explanatory documents, already translated to Spanish.

- "Resumen de la investigación", is a brief description of the objetive of the analysis, together with an explanation of its design.

- Text of the vignettes, with an introduction, two scenarios and the alternatives in which the analysis will be based.
