Dear PUC Leaders

Happy new year , as we are running the last 3 months of the project and
want to have great results that are useful for the public administrations
and the community.
Judith uploaded the TOKEN Policy Toolkit into the G drive WP 4 file and per
the title you can see it's a Toolkit for policy makers that may be
thinking on adopting DLTS. So we would be very appreciative if you can
deal urgently with these 2 requests

1. Your* input as a PUC * to the document on the link below until* January
20th. ( thanks PUC 3 that already provided input to Judith's team) *
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1DpESKSi_s1JEZNiCPQ44fmSxlBlo0jLI/edit#slide=id.p6
Please check if you find the descriptions of your PUC accurate and fair
with the work undertaken.
Provide the links that can guide to the resources that will provide answers
to policy makers ( in some cases this is highlighted in the slide)
In cases where PUCS were. not able to provide answers please suggest other
documentation that could be useful too ( See how WP4 have pointed out the
OECD report as a referral)

2. Contact a* policy maker from your PUC* that can comment/ provide useful
inputs on the document to improve it . This unfortunately has the time
constraint that these inputs can be made only until *January 20th *

For #2 IT would be great you can engage a policy maker from your PUC (
someone who can provide good inputs to improve the document) and ask if
they can provide feedback next week , feedback will be tried to be either
answered in the document or during the closing event of TOKEN March 14th
in the City of Leuven , Belgium. But we do need the input by the requested
date if it arrives later we can see if we can get it answered during event
as suggested in the EBM yesterday

You can use this text to engage them.
