[TOKEN-WP5] WP5 minutes call

dear angeles and colleagues of wp5,

first of all thank you for the work produced so far, quite interesting, but
.... are we sure we need a project brochure with so many details about the
project behaviour while instead we need, more importantly a brochure on
dlt4gov which at the end of the day is the real outcome of the project??

the obvious reason behind my question is that projects start and die while
communities, if we are good, and this is what i definitively aim at, shall
last longer and grow.
this is the same reason while we agreed to have a "simple" project portal
bringing all the content, life and interest in the community portal
(spaces).

so my proposal is to have a brochure which should say what it is dlt4gov,
its aims, purposes expected outcomes and then in it say what it is expected
the project will contribute to. this approach will allow the community to
engage with the same approach other initiatives (publicly funded or not)
which will support the life and evolution of the dlt4gov community.

my two cents to the great work of the team.
