Hello Stefano, all. First of all thanks to those that already sent suggestions, commented, updated the proposed content to the *TOKEN brochure*. Thanks especially to Stefano for his suggestion in the email below. As nobody else commented on this, I had a call with our colleagues from Fundingbox (they are managing the DLT4Gov community and also have written the D.5.4 Community Entry Points) to have their view and see how to address Stefano's suggestions that are really welcomed. I'd kindly ask Stefano if he is ok to add one point in the minutes of the EB call to discuss this tomorrow, but I will summarise here: *Content* 1.- The proposed content aims to describe what the project is about and main outcomes (the community is one of them) to a general audience that wants to understand what the project is about and does not have access to the proposal. It will be added to the first *content kit or press kit,* so anyone can *understand* what the project is about and create her/his own article/post. This content kit will be also used to e*ngage stakeholders to join*: when sending personal invitations after the ecosystem mapping. 2.- We will *extend the section focused on the community*. Fundingbox will take care and deliver early next week. They will review the text and add a clear value proposition (reason why/ reasons to believe :) 3.- This way we will have a complete summary of the project. *Deliverables / assets / marketing materials*: - We will create a "*digital brochure*" that will be available on the TOKEN website as a resource. Anyone should be able to *download and print*. The digital brochure should be ready at the end of May and will be also part of the "digital" content kit. Printing will not be a must. - We will create further and *lighter* marketing materials: *flyers*. That we will print (when physical events are possible). Then we may have one for the project and *one for the community*. Or one for both things. We will also create digital versions of the flyers. - People interested in getting more info on the project should *always* join the community to stay tuned, not read a dense brochure. But this is a commitment and it is in the KPIs. We agreed on not changing the brochure completely to create another one explaining what the DLT4Gov community is about because 1.- there will not be enough to say (DLT4Gov is *the* virtual TOKEN hotspot, people just need to be there, we do not need to create a brochure to convince anyone) and 2.- you need always to explain what TOKEN is about (we have some technology and use cases, a complete roadmap...). But to have a *flyer promoting the community *and use this as printed material in events makes totally sense and will be a better tool to promote TOKEN than a project brochure (that you could always find in the web, together with other deliverables). PD: this content should be the starting point for the project video (again, a commitment in the proposal) so it is a good basis for further materials. See you tomorrow.
