Hello all, thanks for voting.

A personal invitation for next Tuesday 24th 11.00-12.00 PM has been sent to
all contacts in our WP5 excel

because sometimes when using the mailman list to invite, some people have
problems finding/accepting the invitation as it does not
appear automatically in the calendars.

Please just in case check the excel if for any reason you are not there or
the opposite, you received the invite but you do not want to be there :)

Pre-minutes will be shared the day before the call.
