[TOKEN-WP5] 📣 Important FIWARE Summit Planning - Token confirmation of attendance

Dear all

Just a kind reminder after our last EBM. We agreed to fill in an excel with
your availability for the next FIWARE Global Summit in Gran Canaria (19-20
Nov). We need please *all* your answers ASAP. Please add your name, put an
X in those meetings where *you can* join (if online mark the online
column). Your answers are a *must*, for a yes or a no. If you cannot
participate neither physically nor online, just leave it empty but add your
name, please.

Remember that we are planning to
- run the international event as part of the Scientific Summit agenda lead
by Stefano - Planned on Thursday 20 (afternoon)
- run the observatory meeting (private session) - Thursday 20 or Friday 21
- EBM (Tuesday 18 or Friday 21)
