[Token-wp7] TOKEN EB connection details and items to bring up from Luxembourg

Good morning,


In my agenda, there is a TOKEN Executive board meeting today at 9:30 but still I have not seen any agenda or connection details. Meybe I am not on the right email lists? Otherwise, can you please send out that in due time next time?


Also, I might not be on the correct email distribution lists and I have difficulty finding which distribution lists exist. Can yo please point me to the correct location where to find and where to subscribe to them?


Finally, on behalf of Infrachain and the Luxembourg sub-consortium, I'd like to bring up the following items to the agenda:


  *   Discussion on WP1 changes needed for the amendment. This should not be done during the EB, but there needs to be a process.
  *   Decision by EB on whether to run the bootcamp planned for April remotely using WebEx training or reschedule it.
  *   I'd like to ask for a decision by the EB to have all documents on Google Drive to be in Google Docs/Sheet etc format to facilitate editing and collaboration. Now many documents (e.g. deliverables) are in Microsoft Word format which is not optimal on Google drive. In general, it would be good to have a "Ways of Working" defined.
