[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Additional partners confirming

Hi all,

   Just a brief note to comment on latest developments regarding the 
consortium:

  * DEKRA has accepted the invitation - this is nice and help us to get
    stronger regarding certification activities, which was a bit
    worrying me.
  * Orange has reacted and shown initial interest.  They have asked for
    a call.
  * Amadeus has acknowledge reception of the invitation and promised to
    answer asap
  * Top-ix has accepted the invitation

   The set of partners is now reaching a stage where we are starting to 
find confidence we will built a consortium large enough to reach the 40 
M€ of budget.

   We are definitively on the right track and with a strong idea.

   If there is any update I have missed, let me know.

   I realized that the subject of the invitation letter template 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/15h4AOMO0pNtqpam9bDY-x--O7g2uhxgLUcbBvG4rCv8/edit?usp=sharing> 
was wrong, as it was saying "CLOUD-DATAMARKETPLACE" and should be 
"CLOUD-MARKETPLACE" (our Marketplace is not just about data, even though 
the fact it would cover also data would be also a differential point).   
It's not a major issue since what matters is the content and that is 
correct.  Anyways, I have fixed this in the template.
