[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Potential new partners to invite

Hi everyone,

   Within the FIWARE Foundation we have carried out an analysis of the 
membership of Gaia-X and IDSA, trying to identify potential partners we 
may engage in the proposal.

   Please find a spreadsheet

where we are registering the information and our findings about 
potentially interesting partners.  This is work in progress.  So far we 
have scanned the Gaia-X members, next step will be to scan IDSA members 
and finally we aim at adding some additional candidate partners from 
other sources.   We also added organizations who register their interest 
to join proposals for this call in the EC portal.

   It would be great if you take a look at the information compiled and 
raise the hand if you identify some partner that you know well and you 
believe it could be a good incorporation.

   Indeed, I would like to raise your attention about some of the 
partners listed there I would like to get your feedback about:

  * We need certification partners since this is going to be a relevant
    role in the marketplace.   We already have Tecnalia on board and
    approached Dekra, but one additional may not hurt. Does anyone know
    the following ones?
      o IDCERT srl <https://it.idcert.io/>?  Perhaps Engineering you
        have some opinion?
      o TÜV AG <https://www.tuev-verband.de/en/>?
      o PwC <https://www.pwc.de/en.html>? They are leading certification
        with IDSA ...
      o KPMG <https://home.kpmg/xx/en/home.html>?
  * Legal partners are also key to involve.  We have decided to invite
    Timelex.  What about the following ones?
      o EUSTEMA <https://teleforum.euforlegal.it/en/home-en/>
  * What about Digital Europe <https://www.digitaleurope.org/about-us/>?
    It could be a way to show that we don't exclude non-european
    companies since this association already have on board companies
    like AWS, Google, etc.
  * I will check about AgDataHub with TeamDev that I guess they may know
    well.
  * Advaneo <https://www.advaneo-datamarketplace.de/en/#> seems to
    provide a Data Marketplace ... perhaps they may want to join as
    example of data marketplace (integrating offerings of data resource
    providers).  Thoughts?

   I'm a bit worried about lack of partners from East countries ... any 
thoughts about the matter?

   Last but not least, I believe that we may need to involve someone 
aiming at creating a marketplace of cloud solutions for the Health 
sector.  Reason is that in the call text where they explicitly mentioned 
that, in connection to AI services, the four prioritized application 
sectors are Health, Smart Communities, Manufacturing and Agriculture.   
Good news is that we are covering already 3 out of the 4.   Any ideas 
about partners to invite for Health?   @Engineering: I know that you are 
particularly active in this sector and even have used Digital Enabler 
for some solutions (e.g., COVID monitoring) but ... is that a sector are 
planning to address with the idea of bringing a marketplace of health 
solutions from third parties that can be integrated with Digital Enabler?
