[cloud-marketplace-proposal] Template regarding assignment of PMs in the different WPs / tasks coming

Hi everyone,

   Some of you are coming back to us with many doubts regarding the 
assignment of PMs to the different WPs/tasks.   On the other hand, we 
have received quite heterogeneous allocation of PMs for partners that 
bring the same profile, which we should fix to bring a more consistent 
message.

   To make the life easier to all of us including you and also achieve 
the necessary consistency in completing the budget, we will come to you 
in the coming 1-2 hour with a template how many PMs we suggest that any 
partner should assign to the different tasks and WPs, depending on your 
role in the project.

   Taking this template as reference, you may suggest changes a bit up 
or down in certain tasks as you consider necessary, providing a 
rationale for the requested changes.

   Therefore:

  * those who were struggling how to estimate PMs: please wait until we
    send this template and hopefully we will solve all your doubts :-)
  * those who already submitted an estimation, please stay tuned because
    you will have to review your proposed allocation of PMs
