[DOME] DOME KOM in Rome - participants list and agenda

Dear Giovanni,

yes this will be easily managed by modifying the order of the partners 
presenting in that session. Actually the proposed agenda foresees in 
total 4 hours and half  dedicated to the "DOME federated providers and 
marketplaces", starting at 11.10 am, which means 9 mins for each 
provider (30 in total).

Given that some partners also asked for changing the timing of their 
slot, we'll circulate an updated version of the agenda taking into 
account these adjustments.
