[ff-all] Change in the FIWARE team

Dear colleagues,

tomorrow will be the last day of this quarter and some of you are already
in a well deserved Easter vacation.

Tomorrow will also be the last formal day of the Smart MaaS project
(although we have asked for a little prolongation). Therefore it will be
the last day of our 'Kiel team' of Yvonne, Frank and Michael. All three
joined us for this project coming from our Gold Member Addix and will
return back to Addix on Thursday as planned from the beginning. I would
like to thank our Kiel colleagues for your contribution and engagement to
bring the Smart MaaS project to a success (including of course also the
other FIWARE colleagues under the leadership of Gernot who worked in this
project). Last week we had a very good three days closing conference of the
project with an excellent feedback from the project officer and the funding
ministry. I'm wishing all the best to our colleagues in Kiel for your
future and looking forward to stay in contact.
The 'Digital Twin of Mobility Stations' in Kiel which is one of the results
of the project was recently accepted to become a use case within the
Mobility Data Space based on GAIA-X in Germany which will help us to stay
in contact.

I'm happy to share with you the information that Max Kleinsorg from Kiel
will join our marketing team starting after Easter. Please join me in
welcoming Max to our team.

*Hey, my name is Max Kleinsorg. I'm the latest member of the FIWARE
marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Manager I will be responsible for the
Marketing of our Smart Community Partners and the FIWARE Smart World.
Before starting my full time job at FIWARE's headquarter in Berlin, I
studied economics in Kiel, Germany and worked as a freelancer for the Smart
MaaS project by FIWARE. When I'm not at work, you will most probably find
me somewhere at or on the water. I've been a semi-professional sailor for
the last ten years and surfing is my biggest hobby. Without any doubt
finishing the national sailing league as runner up with my team last year,
was my proudest moment as an athlete but I also participated in several
other German and international championships.*

One more information: Our next All Hands Meeting is now planned for April
16th from 3 to 5 pm.

With this I'm wishing all of you a very nice Easter and a relaxing long
weekend or even longer vacation - take care and stay healthy!
