[ff-all] new timesheet template

dear all,

i just released a new template for the timesheet.
main change is i added the codes for the new projects started in september
namely: greenmov and spotted.
in particular those of you who are working in those projects shall use that
template.

besides, i noticed that some of you used old templates, please as much as
possible avoid that.

as before, this template is easily available as soon as you create a new
timesheet from template as it is available in our "template gallery".
