[ff-all] New Corona regulations in Germany

Dear colleagues,

by tomorrow new Corona regulations will be applied in Germany.

Two regulations will affect you mostly:

   - You will only be allowed to use public transportation if you are
   recovered, vaccinated or tested
   - You will only be allowed to enter the office if you are recovered,
   vaccinated or tested

Based on this information we continue to allow you to work from home if you
like to.

You are also still allowed to come to the office if you like to. In this
case:

   - Please provide a recovery or test certificate to Andrea for our
   records.
   - If you don't have it or if you don't like to disclose whether you are
   vaccinated or not (in Germany employers are not allowed to officially ask
   for this) an actual test is required
      - Antigen test (24 hours)
      - PCR test (48 hours)
      - Self test provided by FIWARE (in this case please don't get into
      contact to your colleagues in our office within 15 minutes after the test)
      - This tests needs to be documented in the list at the entrance of
      our office

The FIWARE Foundation and also you as an employee are risking a fine if
these procedures are not followed AND documented.
