System Maintenance Alert

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to
our customers, LogMeIn will be conducting required testing of our
GoToMeeting, GoToStage, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar systems during a
simulated disaster recovery scenario.

*Date and Time:*
Nov 13, 2021, 5:00 am UTC to 11:00 am UTC (12:00 am – 6:00 am EST)
Nov 14, 2021, 5:00 am UTC to 11:00 am UTC (12:00 am – 6:00 am EST)

*Purpose:* This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance
and stability.
*Duration:* All maintenance will be performed within the 6-hour maintenance
windows.

*What to expect during the maintenance window:*

   - Users will not be able to start or join GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or
   GoToTraining sessions for a period of two hours
   - In-flight sessions will remain unaffected
   - Product websites and API’s will be unavailable
   - Playback of GoToStage recordings will be unavailable

*To avoid an impact to your service:* LogMeIn asks users not schedule to
GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and GoToWebinar sessions during the planned
testing windows and move any meetings/events that are already scheduled
during the planned testing window times.

We apologize for any inconvenience this testing may cause and appreciate
your patience as we work to service and improve our systems.
