dear colleagues,

the staff assignment to projects for 2023 (aka "sudoku") *version 2* is now
available for all of you.
you can find it in the usual folder following the path "Fiware Foundation"
-> BackOffice -> Timesheet, i.e. you'll find the file at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1n4WxdXaQhy7EZ0K2i3j44odz53_Fbn6ZCrtQNyKACr0/edit#gid=0
(the
file for obvious reason is shared with "viewer" only rights).
this new version fixes also as much as possible some observations of some
of you, many thanks to those who shared their views and remarks, highly
appreciated :-)
please note although they share the same name i made unavailable the older
file to avoid as much as possible mistakes.

as explained in my previous email, i expect all of you to *provide timely
your timesheet by the 5th day of the following month*. please, use always
the last version of the timesheet and of the "staff allocation to projects
2023" table.
actually, still due to the fact that few of you did not provide yet their
2022 timesheet (!!!) or they are incorrect/incomplete or based on an
obsolete version of the timesheet, and this is not nice, some
assignments might change. i'll promptly communicate to you all as soon as a
new version of the file is ready.

besides, i kindly ask *all the team leaders* to verify the assignments in
terms of wps/tasks within their own projects and communicate to me eventual
changes/refinements. this will also be asked to all of you during the next
coming project monitoring meetings. i'm here reminding the team leaders
that such data is asked in the progress reports by the funding authority,
so correct assignment is contractually not only important, but mandatory.

as always do not hesitate to contact me for any clarification you need.
thank you for your kind collaboration on the matter.

my personal best wishes for a happy easter to all of you. and your beloved!

ciao,
stefano
