[ff-all] new timesheet template

dear colleagues,

following my email on the new assignments table i just released a new
version of the timesheet template where you have all the new projects.
from now on please use only this version even for past projects.

a new version will be issued in january 2024 with the projects starting at
that time as well.

you can get the timesheet through the usual procedure:

1) go in your timesheet folder
2) click on "new"
3) click on "from template"

4) start to edit the new timesheet. the first thing you shall do after
having typed your name is to select the proper month. this way the
timesheet will automatically show weekends and the last day of the month.
