Hello Charlotte. Limits per user seem to be clear in the link you shared https://www.gmass.co/blog/you-can-now-send-10000-emails-with-gmass-and-gmail/ 1.- The answer to your question on if we are ok with 2k per day has a clear answer. Seems that there is no other way but Google sending 2k each 24 h so using 10 days to send 20k emails. 2.- Package, premium individual 199 / year - But... you also have for teams (for example 5 users) 897/year - If we are going to use ONE account (for example press.office at fiware.org) we select individual but what about using more than one account? Looking at this comment in the web: - The maximum number of messages a user can send in a 24-hour period is 10,000. *However, this can vary, depending on the number of user licenses in your G Suite account.* Not sure what they mean with this. If we have 10 licenses (imagine 10 different email accounts fiware.org) that means that we can send *2k x 10 emails daily?* - *20k emails in one day?* I think so. Would not be a bad idea to ask whoever in the FF may know the details of our subscription to G Suite and number of accounts and if we can create maybe a second general account for marketing to go quicker and use press.office at fiware.org and marketing at fiware.org for example). If it is true that with ONE account you send 2k/day, with 2 accounts you send 4k/day This answer also your question 3.- (Gmass is automatically added to a gmail account and then you easily find the icons to add Gsheets, etc... so my opinion is that yes, we should use an account that we all can access or maybe more than one). I have just one concern with tech details linked to the insights <https://www.gmass.co/blog/you-can-now-send-10000-emails-with-gmass-and-gmail/#:~:text=GMass%20will%20automatically%20send%20the,in%20the%20GMass%20Settings%20box.> that you share: - Gmail sending limits in Google Workspace https://support.google.com/a/answer/166852?hl=en - Quotas might be different if you're using Google Apps Script <https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/services/quotas>. Just to be sure that there is not "anything" wrong we should ask whoever in the FF may know the details of our subscription to G Suite and number of accounts. (no idea what is this but to be sure, an engineer may help). My two cents.
