[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: We made it!!! Our new FIWARE Event Platform will become AirMeet 💃💟💥💤❤

Dear all,

We have just come to a final decision that our new FIWARE EVENT Platform
will become AirMeet!!!!

Still, there is a few things we are going to do before we are ready to push
out events on this platform:

   - Get the final contractual offer - Quy, to get this for us as she had
   been already in pricing talks with AirMeet
   - Get the signatures on the contract
   - Announce this platform to Smart MaaS Consortium, where we will use the
   platform for the first time for a bigger event
   - Organize a training for all FIWARE Marketing and BoO, and invite ALL
   FF teams to participate if they find this helpful
   - Charlotte: may add this as great news to our monthly newsletter and to
   the Mktg Round-up Mail (in the live session this time, we will have just
   ca. 10 min for general announcements due to our Idea Sprint Sessions)
   - Val: to add these news to the Gold Member Call
   - Then........get all of us acquainted and run our FIWARE Summit on this
   new platform (dates will be defined shortly).


Thanks, Quy, and all others who have contributed, to come to this level of
understanding and analysis to then make it our final decision.

Good times ahead.... we'll get ready for great virtual events!
