Dear Colleagues!

It was a really great time being at SCWEC and presenting FIWARE. Now it is
time to share our huge success and experience.


Meet our highlights from SCWEC!

20.000 visitors visited SCWEC this year, and for FIWARE it has been the
best ever! We are getting more visible and much more significant on the
international market of digital industry. FIWARE is the globally leading
Open Source technology for Smart Cities.

Took FIWARE success and highlights from SCWEC:


   1.

   It was wonderful to present FIWARE’s Members and projects at the FIWARE
   booth: AWS, Red Hat, EDAG, WiseTown, Addix, NEC, Ubiwhere, Token, Ui!,
   Libelium, FIWARE Marketplace, ODALA, FIWARE Accelerator, NIST, FIWARE
   Ihubs, INTERSTAT.
   2.

   Official Delegations from Japan, Brazil as well as the German Ambassador
   Maria Gosse visited FIWARE Booth and had a tour to Smart Cities World by
   FIWARE
   3.

   We were very proud of welcoming the Madinah City delegation and having a
   VIP booth tour for official representatives of the City.
   4.

   Welcome on the board! FIWARE is excited to sign the membership
   agreements and have new Members in our Global Community: SIRUS - Gold
   Member, Cintel - Associate Member.
   5.

   Exciting news! *Smart City Book*, ed. 4 is officially out! Find 4
   showcases 300 city references and 125 deep-dives from FIWARE *here.*

   There is no other book bolder and greater than this one when it comes to
   smart cities based on one technology.
   6.

   Ulrich Ahle ran a presentation about Data Spaces Data Models and Data
   Spaces Business Alliance at the Ubiwhere booth.
   7.

   Ulrich Ahle presented FIWARE and was talking about Data Spaces Business
   Alliance and Data Space Support Center for the all participants of Korea
   booth

   1.

   We had around 90 presentations from the speakers of the FIWARE Global
   Community on the stage!
   2.

   Participation in the Sessions and Panel Discussions on Data Spaces and
   Data Driven in Smart Cities
   3.

   Ulrich Ahle had an interview about Open Source technologies for Smart
   Cities to 'Bee smart city' media
   4.

   School children visited Smart World by FIWARE and took an exciting
   opportunity to learn how smart solutions work in the digital cities.
   5.

   Our famous Smart World by FIWARE is in all SCWEC highlights videos!
