Dear all, Some or all of you have been copied on Stefano's mail from yesterday explaining short-on-notice that we have agreed in the BoO to change our approach to funded projects status checks and controlling, and how to collect the info and how to run the review calls (running once every month). This already impacts our planning, e.g. with the cancellation of the reviews foreseen for today (for those who had been invited in the afternoon, it was planned 15-18h, but is now cancelled). The details are currently getting worked out in collaboration with Clara and Karen. This is a very good next step in a more efficient and greater management of ongoing and upcoming new projects! This may or will partially impact our (Marketing) approach of our Friday's calls if we want to avoid double work, double prep, or cross-dptm-info overlaps. As we were anyway on our way to change a lot also on the Marketing side, I kindly ask you for your patience for just a bit more, a week or so, so that we can come up with the new approach. Therefore, I kindly ask Angeles to cancel the series of meetings from today on, so I can invite for the agreed one-hour-meetings from next week onwards. Ths meeting for today will *not *take place.
