[ff-marketing] Back from vacation but on sick leave

Dear colleagues,

Longer vacation period is for most of our team coming to an end as my
vacation time has finished and I want to give a warm Welcome Back message
to all of you.
Unfortunately, I am on sick leave today due to a hospital visit and limited
mobilization and will still need to see how to handle the upcoming days
after a doctor's visit today. Reason is an accident that happened on the
boat bringing a spine compression and some other issues.
I am well under way after roughly 10 days of recovery time but still can
hardly sit or move.

I will be able from time to time to work on a few things but cannot promise
how much time and on what as I will not be able to create a full overview
and follow-up after vacation time for all.

After today's diagnose update, I will let you know how I will be able to
handle this week, today, I will be off due to doctor's appointment.
I expect I can get back to work with some few hours per day this week and
fully again from next week, but will update later on.
