[ff-marketing] Back towards the end of week

Dear all,

A quick update for this week:
I should be able from tomorrow on to get slowly restarted, however I will
need to see how well I am doing and how fast recovery goes with the doctor
yesterday saying another 3 to 5 days.

I trust you are doing a great job as usual and with summer vacation to an
end some topics may still move into the next (autumn) stage.

I suppose I can get on mails (not all, but random) from later today.
Therefore, some meetings I will need to cancel still on my side.
