[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: New CEO // People on sick leave

Dear all,

I hope you had a great weekend and have enough time to let the news sink a
bit.

After notary meeting of last Friday, these are the latest decisions taken:

Andrea Battaglia has now taken over operations in the role of FIWARE's CEO
in charge of FIWARE while Ulrich has stepped down from this role when it
comes to decision making and how we will be setting up next meetings and
projects.
The "outside" responsibility and communication remains with Ulrich up to
Dec 31.

This means:
*Internally* : Andrea will be involved in all decision making from today;
*externally* the previous agreement about the official starting date (Jan
1st 2024) remains in place.
Ulrich will provide support and advice on specific processes still up do
Dec 31, like Fiscal Statement approvals.

Sick leaves:
Andrea Kather had to extend her sick leave up to Wednesday doing better but
not good at all.
Vera also caught Covid and will know better later today how things are
going.


I will be in the office this afternoon for a BoO workshop, but with very
little time to step out, so please do not wonder if I just rush in and out
:-)
