[ff-marketing] Marketing Info: New CEO // People on sick leave

Additional info about Ulrich's FIWARE engagements from 2024:

Ulrich will dedicate ca. 80% of his time to Gaia-X and ca. 20% to FIWARE
still.

The 20% will be used for funded project work (German project mail). The
current planning is (but may still be tweaked or change):

- 5 didymos
- 5 didoz
- 10 nemo.bil.

SUDOKU will be updated accordingly.
