[ff-marketing] GA Handling for supporting staff

Dear Summit Team,

As mentioned this morning, any GA is a physical or online room where
only members can enter and be in due to confidentiality and professional
rule setting.
This is valid for all attending or being around, or those signing a
confidentiality agreement. Last year, the handling was in some areas a bit
lax by exception.

*How will we handle it this time:*

   - All who are *confirmed FIWARE members *should be in the room seated as
   an official GA participant unless we really need help or somebody has a
   predefined job.
   - I had a check with Stefano to see if we had *confidential information*
   that will be shared that comes on top of what was shared during the
   all-hands meetings.
   The good news is: not for the moment.
   However, this can still change at the last minute.
   - So, should confidentiality not raise by adding e.g. new topics, you
   will be allowed in GA room* until further notice*.
   - You can still become an individual FWIARE member NOW if you like, in
   such a case, you can in any case and always attend the GA and stay (but not
   vote).
   - Who can vote? All who have been a confirmed FIWARE member at last 4
   weeks ahead of the GA.
   - Again: Should more confidential topics come up, we may need to exclude
   supporting non-members.
