[ff-marketing] GA Handling for supporting staff

Hi Cristina,

thank you for the explanation.
Is everybody coming to the summit a member (I doubt it)? If not, how do we
check it.
I understand that during the GA we close the doors to the Festsaal?
Non-Members should wait outside?
