[ff-marketing] FIWARE office after SCEWC

Dear all,
Berlin-Team,

Have a look how our office looks like after SCEWC, kind of comparable to
weeks after FGS.
Our office, especially the entrance, is *not a storage room*, nor a *garbage
place*.

It's been three days since I have been coming to the office, and there
seems to me no plan and especially nobody even moving a finger.
I finally brought to the kitchen the water and milk - yes (!) there were
even 2 six-pack boxes of milk standing on the ground in the office
entrance of Fernando and Stefano. Boxes are stripped off and it looks like
the rats had been there!

Running a good fair and doing an excellent job also means to conclude the
things up to the very end, and used materials go back where they were
coming from.

Under the lead of Anastasiia (Oleg is now on vacation), I expect the
following *for the next week:*

   - Materials go back where they were taken from
   - They go into a sorted and organized and clean way into the storage room
   - The materials list is updated and it's needs to be understandable:
   - How much / many did we use at SCEWC
   - What is still in storage for further use
   - All: do not think of Andrea doing this for the Marketing team.


@Oleg Korneev <oleg.korneev at fiware.org>  It's still due to let me know
where our Totems ended up we had ordered for FGS Vienna for re-use.
