Hi Cristina,
I will answer from vacation as it seems a hot topic.
We asked LEGO team to put boxes into storage till we sort them.
Lesson learnt, next time I set up on site meeting for this after arrival of
the truck. For now I would just ask Anastasiia and Sandi to organize team
to sort it out. I would appreciate it a lot.
I don’t see recent condition of the milk boxes, but they were a bit broken
from the beginning, packaging was in a good condition and safe, so we
decided to send it to Berlin. If they are also affected, I would kindly ask
who’s in the office to sort them and throw them away.
For the Vienna totems. I was checking with our colleagues who were packing
(also myself) and receiving. They are lost. Possibly it was wrongly written
receiver and Xhulja denied to receive it from DHL.
Also as lesson learnt, we decided not only write what’s in the boxes that
we send, but also number them and share this number from sender to
receiver. It’ll be easier to control if everything arrived or lost.
